I love this viewpoint. It provides a lovely view of Oak Bay and Victoria and out into the sea towards Washington State. On a clear day you can see Mount Baker in the distance. There is a little map on a cairn which shows what you're looking at in various directions. There was no wheelchair parking that I saw but some of the parking spaces are quite large.
