Olivia warmly greeted me upon arrival, patiently listening to my preferences and guiding me through the options with a smile that instantly put me at ease.

Dara's expertise and creativity truly shone as she helped me to customize the activities and decorations to suit my taste and interests. Additionally, her exceptional customer service extended beyond our initial meeting, as she generously offered to provide me with her email for any questions I may have. Furthermore, Dara's commitment to ensuring a seamless experience was evident when she assured me that she would follow up a week before the birthday to confirm that everything is in place and ready for the celebration. The management customer service is poor, they don’t care to place you in a dark room and change it to what was offered initially to you. They indicated that the other client would be mad if they dont assign the room already assigned initially to me. They abruptly have changed their mind, and make you feel that your money is not worth it. And when I have approached to the managment staff asking for an explanation, the management answered in a rude tone and with a careless actitud. I personally had to argue and asked for a fair treatment. The story does not end here, they had a room available, empty at all, the previous party had already finished, and they dont even look to offer me that alternative. The only answer that I got was: What do you want a larger pizza? That won’t solved the fact that the room assigned was dark and the customer experience at my son’s bday would be awful.

They don’t even offer options to the client to make him feel better like could you wait for 15min more so we can accomodate you in a better room? No, I had to argue and request what I had paid for. Hope this review would help people to better chose a place where to celebrate the b-day parties for their kids. Regarding Aerosports, if you sell an experience, make an effort to make feel the client worth it, valuable. We as parents we make a financial effort to org the parties in this indoor playgrounds and kids have a lot of expectation to have an unforgettable day. We went to AeroSport for a birthday party yesterday. They were way over booked and the party we attended was very disorganized on their part. For the first hour the party kids used the trampolines but did not have access to the party room because they book one hour for each and not 2hrs for party room and one hour for jumping. Then the party room was double booked and we had to wait about 15min to get it sorted out. The other party group kept their gift and decoration bin in the area that was assigned to our party. Very disappointing for the birthday child and their parents. Secondly, I do not think the area is vacuum very well on a daily or even weekly basis. We were utilizing the Toddler area and a group of kids along with their parent(s) took over the area. I had to go get a staff person to have them move along to a more age appropriate area. The toddlers could not play when these children were they as it was not safe. It would have been great if someone could have monitored this area or even make it part of a routine walk around the centre. Over all it was over crowded, their birthday parties are not personally centres on the guests and the space is not throughly cleaned before it opens. I was disappointed to...
