I am ALWAYS pleased with the service I receive at Facets. The ladies who own the store are the most lovely humans! The small town feeling, where they know your name and story are here in this beautiful shop. They will take their time and care for your jewelry pieces to your satisfaction. They’ve been along our family journey beginning with my engagement ring. They helped my husband who was struggling to find the perfect ring, and they nailed it. Our wedding rings were the perfect fit as well. They have made a beautiful custom keychain for my husband for Father’s Day. A fishing tag with three little fish with each child’s name. They really brought my vision to life and my husband has it with him always! For Mother’s Day they’ve been able to bring in beautiful birth stone pendants every time we’ve added a new baby. If ever anything breaks, they are quick to find a replacement piece, fix it or offer a discount if it’s beyond the warranty. If you’re looking for high quality customer service with high quality jewelry, this is the spot for you! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Janette at facets! I recently got engaged and my ring did not fit from another location. I was distraught. Janette met me with such kindness and amazing customer service! We looked over different ring styles with me and worked with me to figure out what styles I might be interested in. We left the first night not picking a ring. After about a week, my mom had stopped in there to see what the ring looked like. Janette's customer service came put again, she emailed me the site that she would order it from so I could see that and also gave my mom a prototype to take home so I could try it again! I was blown away again by her service. Finally when we went to purchase the ring, Janette also ordered in 2 different stones for me to choose from, so I would be happy with my sapphire.

When I spoke with them on the phone, they seemed very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately that definitely was not the feeling in the store. You can’t just walk in. You have be buzzed in and be prepared to show ID if you want to browse. That was a totally new experience for me. It went downhill from there. It was very clear that they didn’t want to help me with a ring I inherited. Wouldn’t recommend anyone who would. Seemed completely offended that I wasn’t impressed with their attitude. Then they became almost hostile and rude. My impression is that if they are even slightly concerned that there may be an issue with the work you want done, they simply will not do it. Definitely would not recommend. In reading their response, I must point that NO OTHER JEWELER had looked at my ring. I did not have a “full on meltdown” as the proprietor has alleged. I voiced my disappointment with their decision. That was all. So sad that they feel the need to resort to untruths when...
