Unprofessional Service & No Effort to Resolve Mistake
We had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. My son accidentally ordered a Hawaiian pizza online thinking it was a chicken pizza as part of a $10.99 deal. We don’t eat pork for personal and religious reasons, and our order history clearly shows we’ve never ordered anything with pork or beef before.
As soon as we received the pizza and realized the mistake, we called the store. We politely asked for a replacement—offering to pay the difference or get a small discount—but the request was dismissed. The staff member Jeet said he would speak with the manager, but the manager also refused to do anything.
There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no solution offered. Sadly, we had to throw the pizza away and were left without a meal that night.
This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor customer service at this branch, but this situation confirmed that we won’t be returning. The attitude from staff, especially the manager, was careless and unprofessional. We won’t recommend this...

It came from the boneless chicken bites. When we cut up the chicken, it wasn’t cooked, still pink and mushy. I called Pizza Hut to let them know and the lady transferred me over to the manager. I told him what happened and was polite about it. Asking if he could just put a credit on our account instead of making someone drive here to give us COOKED chicken bites. He told me I had to send him an email so he can see for proof… first off, I never heard where I had to email a photo of the not cooked chicken (for proof) and how can he smell the gross wet dog scent that came from the chicken... he was rude and didn’t care. I didn’t get my credit and clearly it’s not “customer first”. I recommend you go somewhere else, unless you want to get food poisoning here from raw dog...

My son ordered a medium pizza online from this location after seeing a $10.99 deal. He added chicken, not realizing it was a Hawaiian pizza with pork/ham—something we never eat for religious reasons (which is clear from our order history). When we received the order and noticed the mistake, we called the store right away, offering to pay the difference for a replacement or even accept a small discount. Jeet took the call and said he’d speak with the manager, but both refused to help or offer any solution. We were left with food we couldn’t eat and no support at all. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor service here, but this incident was especially disappointing. The staff showed no empathy, and the manager was unprofessional and unhelpful.
