When I drove up I barely could hear the total and she was very snappy. I asked for honey mustard sauce ( since they didn’t ask at the speaker ) and she said ‘ we don’t carry that’ I said yes you do, may I have one please. She stormed off slammed the window in my face and came back with ‘ you should have asked at the speaker’ I said they usually ask what sauce but no one did. She didn’t even recognize that she was wrong and could have simply said, ‘ so also try about that, we actually do have the sauce, could you please tell the order take next time so we can have it ready for you when you drive up’ . Why is it that Yom Hortons always has the worst of the worst serving. I always try to give these ones in Caledonia a shot but each time it’s horrible service. Starbucks would never. Read moreI have to say that your location makes excellent coffee, but the on-line ordering is not quick. I’ve had to stand and wait for coffee to be made at least 75% of the time. As an example, I ordered my coffee a good 10-15 minutes before I left the house today and still had to wait. There was 1 person in the line-up ordering when I arrived. I ordered early so my daughter would have time for the coffee to cool down and she could drink it prior to her 7am shift. Of course, this didn’t happen and her coffee was a waste. The staff is super friendly, but isn’t the whole idea behind the on-line ordering is to avoid the line-ups and the waiting? Read moreI have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly by someone supposed to be in "customer service" (not sure where it went but it sure doesn't exist anymore). I went through DT and order timbits n a bagel... drive off, timbits are wrong, bagel is burned. Go in switch them. Bagel good, timbits wrong again. Go back in now for the 3rd time of ordering the same thing... 10timbits, chocolate n Bday. 3 times I had to switch them, and got called an idiot. Where did customer service go?this isn't the first time this staff member has spoken to me with complete disrespect and I'm sure it won't be the last.
