Pear Home — Attraction in Orangeville

The ladies at the store were very nice and had good customer service, However disappointed in the product of the permanent bracelet. Within less than 5 mins of it being on it broke in the store. I went home and within an hour of just grooming my pets outside the bracelet broke again. Luckily I felt it break or else it would've been lost. I asked about the product prior to payment if it breaks easy and they said usually not.

I went back to the store asking for a refund as it broke twice within an hour. They said no refunds (this is why you have to sign a waiver prior to the bracelet installation), and stated that I can get a store credit. After a bracelet breaking twice within hrs, a store credit is not what I want after spending $90. The ladies did try to see about the refund but the main owner said no. I would understand not refunding me after a couple weeks but it was within hrs. Not good for business.

I bought a beautiful tassel purse that was so unique and I absolutely loved it, unfortunately the strap broke the first day I used it…. No fault of pear, it’s the suppliers issue. So they ( Christine) went above and beyond to provide me with either a new purse or repair. She ended up ordering a new strap which was brilliant, I was overwhelmed with her kindness and making sure I was satisfied. It’s such a pleasure to walk in that store, the staff is so extremely friendly and wanting to please. The store is such a beautiful little spot in Orangeville, I highly recommend everyone to take a peak and visit. You don’t get that service very often anymore, it was a perfect end result. Visited pear home in search of a pandora lock which was initially purchased in Paris, France that was lost, also an extra charm for my 17yr old daughter’s Xmas gift. The ladies at Pear were fantastic…. They found a match for the lock purchase in Paris, France 🇫🇷 and an extra special charm to add as a gift. Special shout out and thank you to the 18yr old consultant(sorry I don’t remember your name🤭) who was absolutely amazing so kind and patient in providing options and helping me find another perfect gift now from grandma to granddaughter 🥰She help to get us in the millennial mind set🤦🏾‍♀️ choosing a perfect beautiful ring👍🏾
