DISTURBING/TERRIFYING experience at this Mooney's Bay place, my family and Jamaican friends, attended the Jamaican Day Festival. Later on, my boyfriend and I went out to the bathroom right beside the little bar/restaurant. As I was waiting for him, I see this group, (around 5 people, male and female), coming out of the men's washroom, turning on and off the light, then completely shut, they closed a big metal door (wich you have to pull down, like a garage door). I quickly and politely approached them and let them know that my boyfriend was still in there. Laughing and really rude, the key holder said "I know but he didn't want to listen". In my mind it didn't make sense knowing my boyfriend isn't a trouble maker. I told him to open the door. At this point my boyfriend has been locked up in the bathroom in completely darkness. The arrogant employe, started to close a second door with a lock and I couldn't believe it! Then a guy from this group said "Yeah man that's f* up open the door". I don't know how but my boyfriend managed to find his way in complete darkness, from the bathroom to the hallway leading to the big metal door (he got his fingers stuck really bad on something, before figuring out how to open this "garage type door", luckily he didn't brake any bones). He came out and extremely angry he asks how funny this was to them. Nobody responded a single word! We then walk away, back to the festival to get our people, the night was completely ruined. I can't believe how this type of people work at a public park and beach for all ages! This is UNACCEPTABLE and has to change! If there's security cameras, he could be identified, if not, the key holder was a young male, brown / tanned skin, Arab or Indian looking. I HIGHLY recommend not going alone to their bathroom, and do not fully trust some of...
