I’ve been visiting the restaurant and ordering via Uber eats regularly. However, the food I received is getting worse and worse recently that I don’t think I will order from them ever again.

It was only the quantity issue previously and now it’s the quality! I ordered ~20$ Malatang via Uber eats today, and nothing was edible other than potatoes and sea-tangles. First, I ordered sausage but received lunch meat. Second, the dried been curd was not hydrated at all and it was very hard to eat. Last and the most important is that the fried gluten puff, mushroom, tripe and potato noodles were all gone bad! They all had strong rotten smell and sour taste which made me nauseated. I did not finish it as I did not want to end up in the hospital for food poisoning!

Fair price with delicious food. One nice Chinese restaurant / bar for nearby residents. It is also recommended to the spicy food and hot pot lovers. The price is rely on the weight of chosen ingredients. All of the ingredients are placed in one large shelf. Consumer picks ingredients up to the offered basket. Then basket should transfer to casher for pricing and ordering. The only problem is the waiter and waitress didn’t explain how to order the food. I have no idea what should I do after I sit on the seat. The waiters are not considerate. Honestly, they look not glad to speak with the consumers. I’m not happy with their service. I always have a great time at Friends. My friends and I love the meal deal since it's very easy for us to spend $100 on food. I'm leaving this review specifically because the man serving us was the nicest person ever. I didn't get his name, but he was excellent. He let us push our karaoke reservation time since some of our party arrived late, and let the rest of us wait in the restaurant seating. He was attentive and even brought a fan into the room because he noticed how warm it was.

The only ever downside of Friends is the atmosphere. The rooms themselves are nice looking and comfortable, but the entryway and bathrooms are pretty dingy and feel unclean. Don't let that dissuade you from going to Friends! It's...
