I ordered a Halloween costume online for my child, but it has yet to clear my payments, let alone begin its transit. It's been about a week now. I have discovered from other shoppers that purchasing online took over a month for their parcels to arrive, and didn't arrive in time for their child's birthday. There's no mention of the ridiculous length of time in shipping while going through checkout. It looks like regular 7-10 day shipping, or express etc., but nothing about a long payment processing wait. It couldn't have been my card, because it worked fine at other online locations later that day and since then. There's a possible Canada Post strike that will be decided in about 10 business days, and since I chose the 7-10 day shipping option, I decided to attempt calling their customer service number to see what had happened to my order, but it's automated and once I finally found the selection that I needed, it informs me to try the website for more info and ends. But the website is what directed me to call the "customer service" number?? It's not worth it. Don't purchase unless you don't care whether you wasted your child's time and money, and having everything arriving...

Yes okay, I see it is busy. Shop around, check black bin, not yet, shop around, check bin, angry lady complaining about wait, back away, don't be her I think, shop around, check bin, everyone is getting theirs. Toddler is getting upset becuase he thinks we were first. Wait by bin, waiting... someone asks for one and gets it right away! I almost cry okay, so I ask someone going to the back. He says the printer is down, he goes in back and grabs the costume within a minute. That sucked maybe I should have been with the angry lady. I go to pay, different till lady takes someone's costume number. My turn, I let her know that their system may not work as I waited for 30-40 mins. She then proceeds to explain to me I had to order the costume at the front (I did) and then go to the black bin (I did) while smiling like I'm stupid. Ok, I really try to explain that is exactly what I did and it didn't work. Anyway my kid got the costume they wanted...
   Read moreThe store was a mess. We wondered if they were just changing stock or if the are going out of business. Just changing stock. We were told they are under staffed and very busy. But, in the 20 minutes I waited for a friend to arrive- same 2 staff ladies were in a corner talking. One of them went to the till for 2 customers. Never offered help to anyone. Never attempted to clean up or stock shelves. đ Our definitions of being busy at work are certainly different. I did find some items I couldn't find elsewhere...
