Parc Nautique de Cap-Rouge — Attraction in Quebec

This is a great place to go for either a canoe, kayak or pedalboat ride and more! The prices are very reasonable, especially for those who live in the area. Their price includes the rental of life jackets. The only downside is that they charge by the hour, so if you go too late and there is less than in hour left in the opening hours (which depend on the high tide, so they change day to day), then they won't let you go, even if you don't mind being charged for an hour and going for less long. Just a warning! But overall, this is a great place to do fun...

A hidden gem amongst the rough. Beautiful area north side of the St. Lawrence River about 4km west of the Pierre Laporte bridge. Has a wonderful restaurant over looking the area. There is a small street that leads to an open park area than you can walk, jog or just enjoy picnicking or gazing at the views. At the other end there are Kayak and boat rentals. Un endroit Paradisiaque à porté de tous .on se croirait dans le Sud surtout avec les jeudis soirs latinos dansant. On n entend le bruit des vagues , la musique, on danse à la,belle étoile c est magnifique et ce, à Cap-Rouge . Les matins également c 'est magnifique on voit les bateaux, vraiment l'inspiration du Sud pour à peine 20.00$ un bon snack et leur cafe est tres bon , le petsonnel chalereux .Vraiment unique en son genre à Québec, pour moi je conseille fortement cet endroit . Idée absolument ingénieuse du proprio , ils ont installés dernièrement des Hamacs, des tabourets et tables et ce, sans à avoir à payer pour le resto ..vous pouvez profitez d écouter du latino le jeudi soir en famille, seule ou accompagnée vraiment ils ont trouver la formule gagnante . A deux pas vous pouvez faire une longue marche jysqu A Champlain faire du Kayak, pédalo ponton en groupe sur le Fleuve et y a Chocolat Favori tout près.
