When entering into this little shop one cannot mentally prepare themself for the sensual experience that they are about to have. I have been here twice and each time I waddled away one happy and chunkier boy. After ordering my ice cream vice/cone I watched with high anticipation as they took my maple soft serve and dipped it into a vat of chocolate coffee syrup. As they handed me my trophy I found that God had brought me there specifically to test my patience (see the bible 1 Peter 4:12-14). This is because one must wait for the syrup to harden. Well the Lord was pleased with me (after an excruciating 5 minutes) and he gave me the go ahead to bite down upon my underserved trophy. As I bit down upon the cone I could hear the chorus of angels singing glory yup God, and I knew that I was doing God's will then and there. This goes to show that walking in obedience really pays off. So if you want to get close to God go here. If you prefer to be self delusional and pretend to be satisfied - go ahead and visit all other ice...

I have never been to a Chocolat Favoris store before. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean and well organized. I was worried I would have a hard time ordering as I do not speak French. This was not a problem because they have lots of pictures of items you can order and their vast selection. Their chocolate fondue dipping bar was quite impressive. There were over a dozen different types of chocolate you could get a soft-serve ice cream cone dipped in. The flavors included cookies and cream, dark chocolate, orange chocolate and more. They also had a wide selection of their chocolate fondue in a can for sale. They average around $7 for a can. I've had the cans before and they are well worth it. You just have to boil them and serve. The quality of chocolate is delicious and arguably just as good as in-store, which I've now tried. I will be coming back next...

Ils offrent une sélection incroyable de saveurs, allant de la classique vanille et chocolat à des options uniques inspirées localement. La crème glacée était onctueuse et pleine de saveur – un vrai régal à essayer absolument. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit encore plus spécial, c’est leur variété de chocolats ! Ils proposent de magnifiques chocolats artisanaux sous différentes formes, parfaits pour des cadeaux ou simplement pour se faire plaisir. La présentation était fantastique, et l’ambiance autour de la boutique était animée, avec des gens profitant de leurs douceurs et du charme de la ville de Québec. Le personnel était également très sympathique et accueillant. Si vous êtes dans le coin, cet endroit est un incontournable ! Je reviendrai certainement pour essayer encore plus de saveurs et de chocolats. One of my favorite ice cream spots in Quebec City! They offer an amazing selection of flavors, from classic vanilla and chocolate to unique, locally inspired options. The ice cream was creamy, and full of flavor—definitely a treat worth trying. But what makes this place even more special is their variety of chocolates! They have beautifully crafted chocolates in different shapes, making them perfect for gifts or just a sweet indulgence. The presentation was fantastic, and the atmosphere around the shop was lively, with people enjoying their treats and the charm of Quebec City. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-visit! I’d definitely come back to try more flavors...
