I asked a female worker where the washrooms are… she pointed to something that looked like a women’s washroom.
When I asked again she said the washrooms were mixed. I was shocked. I asked her if she used it, she said never.
I went to buy protein, and asked the employee if there was a men’s washroom. He said only mixed. I asked him where does he go to use the washroom, he said he does not use the washroom there.
I called management. The gentleman was rude, short and dismissive. He said “I have no interest in discussing gender or sexuality” in the context of washroom usage. He said they were “a private enterprise” and that it was the reality of the world now.
It was my first visit and my only one. I will not be purchasing anything there again.
Is it so hard? One washroom for men, women and another for family/handicap/other?
