Pyramide de Sainte-Foy — Attraction in Quebec

I asked a female worker where the washrooms are… she pointed to something that looked like a women’s washroom.

When I asked again she said the washrooms were mixed. I was shocked. I asked her if she used it, she said never.

I went to buy protein, and asked the employee if there was a men’s washroom. He said only mixed. I asked him where does he go to use the washroom, he said he does not use the washroom there.

I called management. The gentleman was rude, short and dismissive. He said “I have no interest in discussing gender or sexuality” in the context of washroom usage. He said they were “a private enterprise” and that it was the reality of the world now.

It was my first visit and my only one. I will not be purchasing anything there again.

Is it so hard? One washroom for men, women and another for family/handicap/other?

Stopped by before went back to my place around 8 PM many store in this mall almost close. Lots of student still hanging out. I guess in the local area doesn't have too many tourist or visitors, lol. They look at us like we come from another planet. So what is the reason why I stopped here? The answer was one of my friends wanted to have coffee then another one wanted to check out if any restaurant in this mall still selling food and we can buy food back...

Many services inside: From Pharmacy to Supermarket to a Tanning salon, a Food court (many different options), a pub, a cute Cinema and even a Jewelry. You have a free outside parking there. Close to Laval University and not far from the big shopping malls (St. Foy, Place de la Cité and Laurier Center). I like their Super Market, their Food court and their Cinema. They have special prices...
