A beautiful park right on the Bay of Quinte. It's always well kept and there's a playground for families. The Afghanistan Repatriation Memorial can also be found there and it's beautifully designed. Did I mention there's also a tank? There's benches, a little wooded area you can through, trees to keep you cool and an overall nice view. There's a parking lot as well as accessible parking. The paths are also paved so would be good for running, biking or anything involving wheels. Read moreThis is a great little park with a small peninsula type area that you can walk out. There are many benches along the way and some giant old willow trees along the water to provide shade on hot sunny days. This is a very tranquil place with low traffic. I used to go there to spend me time with my guitar. I also never had any issues letting my dog swim there freely, although I can not confirm whether this is actually allowed or not.
