We purchased a sofa on December 29/23 and it was supposed to be in at the end of January 2024. I had to call at the end of January and found out it would be delivered on February 7/24. The day before they called and said sofa was damaged so would have to wait for another to be shipped from China in 2-3 weeks. It is now March 1st and still have not heard anything so will have to call again. It seems most businesses these days do not care about the customer especially once they have your money. As a customer I should not have to keep calling they should do customer follow ups which I guess is too much to ask. I am very disappointed with this company especially after ready the positive reviews. Makes you wonder if the reviews posted are actually real or just staged by the company.

Update: Owner called and offered a $200 discount because if the long wait which of course I accepted. The only question now is will I actually receive the "discount" before I receive the sofa??

Update March 20, 2024 : the middle of March has past and still no promised $200 discount from the owner and no notification of sofa delivery that was supposed to happen the middle of this month. This has become very very frustrating to say the least. I just don't understand how these places keep going with all these empty promises.

Update March 29, 2024 : sofa was delivered as promised by owner between 10-12 today and was also set up for us as well which was nice. Also received $200 discount as promised for inconvenience...

Amazing customer service. I needed a sectional sofa bed same day. They said 5 days till I pick up. I told them my situation and he said " give me 5 minutes". Came back and said go to this address ( which is their Warehouse) and pick it up if you can. We went to get it and it was just perfect. Took maybe 10 minutes and we were on our way. We assembled it and we were very impressed. Absolutely beautiful piece and awesome quality. I highly recommend this place. P.S I never once went to the store. This was all done over the phone Thank you again...

From start to finish this company was fantastic to deal with! I purchased a sectional sofa from them and it is absolutely gorgeous! The salesperson was professional and very helpful. Upon delivery I was also extremely impressed with the two gentlemen that brought my sofa into my home and put it together for me. They were so careful and very respectful.
