Hello, Let me start by saying, I'm normally not the type of person to complain. I just had one of the most frustrating fast food/customer service experiences of my life. I really enjoy eating at your restaurants. I would like to bring your attention to this last encounter with I had with your location at 290 Dundas St E, Trenton, ON. I was actually at this same location 2 nights ago and had great food and excellent service. However, this evening was a TOTALLY different scenario. The way were treated by one of your employees was awful. He made us feel like we were bothering him and he looked as though he hated his job. I know people have bad days and sometimes working with the public can be very frustrating and challenging at times. I had just ordered 3 medium, 1 small blizzard and one small cone. (the exact same order I had placed 2 nights ago at this very location) One of the medium blizzards was mixed up with the small one. So I had asked to have the medium one exchanged for one of the correct flavour. This is where things really took a turn for the worse. The young man argued with me and told me what I had asked for was what I got. (a female employee who heard our exchange even told the young man that my blizzard should have been more "chocolatey") I asked again VERY politely, if he could please make me one with the correct flavour. He then angrily took the incorrect blizzard. He proceeded to make me a new one. The one he handed back to me was COVERED in iceream all on the outside of the cup and it was extremely watery like a milkshake. I didn't dare to ask for another after what I had just been through with this employee. (and by this time it was getting close to closing time) I hope and think maybe this employee was having an off night. I really just feel like I wasn't given what I had paid & asked for this evening. Although I'm a visitor to this area, I do go to this location frequently when I am in town. My daughter lives less than 2 km from this location and we go to DQ quite often when we visit.

I went with my granddaughter to get a banana split and the girl at the cash went over to make it she did not wash her hands before cutting the banana I should have refused it but did not want to cause a scene so we threw away the banana and just ate the ice-cream this was very disappointing for my granddaughter and myself. The customer service at the Trenton location is very poor the kids that work there don't seem to care about anything, they are not very friendly either. They did not even give me my receipt. I have had too many problems with my orders at the the Trenton location so I decided to drive to belleville and try that location i have been there several times now and they always get my order correct, provide good customer service are friendly and their ice-cream is better their machines must be colder as the ice-cream is not half melted mid way thru eating . Belleville will be my go to location when we want dariy queen. Belleville also looks way nicer it is updated not run down looking like the Trenton location is. Read moreWent around 9pm. Store closes at 10 I went through drive thru. Ordered food. Store had a high number of workers who were all concentrating on doing tasks to close the store. Not doing food prep or worrying about order. Food order took close to 20 minutes. The drive thru cashier seemed to be the only one visibly working to complete order. Very unsatisfactory. After waiting so long the fries were cold and order was incorrect. It was a trifecta of reasons not to return. Food is expensive, food standards, below expectations, lead by a team of teenage employees who don't care and were concentrating on closing tasks and clean up instead of working and assisting a drive thru with a 20 minute wait time. People in cars behind me I could actually hear complaining saying "come on" "Hurry up". Generally I would blame the wait time on not enough staff this didn't seem to be the case here.
