Ace Casino Red Deer — Attraction in Red Deer

This is the worst casino ive ever been to.. i got treated with the most outrageous and discriminating manor i have ever encountered in my entire liftime of growing up and residing in Red Deer Alberta.. The racial discrimination that was demonstrated by the senior security gaurd by the name of Maury and the other security officer by the name of Jeff was literally embarrassing and unprofessional.. I do agree that i had forgotten my identification, however after explaining to the officer that my age is indeed 35 and that any legal pronlems would be void considering my age is well above 18 yrs.. I was asked to leave .. I waited patiently in rhe lobby for half an hour looking rsther embarrassed and racially discriminated. I do have a mohawk as a hairstyle and due to that fact maybe the senior officer chose to single me out in a racial descrimonating manor.... when I kindly asked to converse with my wife who was in the casino and had identification being a married xommun law couple, i would assume thst we would be treated equal. . But once again i was told that i could not Enter this punlic adult games and recreation facility .. not to converse with my wife or any other reason.. i feel wrongfully treated and racially discriminated by the security of...

I spend over 7 thousand a year eating at embers lounge ( 1-2 meals a day ) from the poker room in 15 years I have only ever sent 1 meal back . Well after getting a substandard meal there a couple weeks ago I was basically told to bad we don’t care about your business from the management of embers . Then when I ask Jon poker room manager to speak to embers management he does , But is lied to and told that I am the issue ( total lies ) . Well Cash casino you have lost someone who walked in through the doors everyday of your casino . All due to a 12.00 bowl of wonton soup that Restaurant did not put any wontons in . I am not the only one in your poker room that now will never eat at your restaurant again due to this as others have said no to eating there again . Just a side note . I was in Calgary Sunday to ace poker win cash Calgary . Why can’t Red Deer have a casino restaurant that is similar to cash Calgary I was totally impressed with it. In Red Deer all we have is over priced meals with substandard quality and a lady that runs it that no one likes sue to her inabilities to handle...

i recently stopped in to play the machines ,unaware there was a new rule against having any bags/outside purchases inside the casino. i had already put money in the machine when security told me i'd have to leave them outside, unrealistic since i came by cab, or cash out and leave, which i did. boy was i pissed off. i notice a gentleman outside in a suit who looked to be management and i told him what had happened, and my displeasure , being tired and in pain after running errands ,and had looked forward to relaxing a little. he explained the reasons behind the new rule, expressed his efforts to have it changed. as i was leaving he called me back and made arrangements to have somebody watch by things until i was ready to leave. i lost a few dollars but felt like i'd won due to his considerate manner and professionalism .to John ( i believe was his name) the poker manager, thank you , and to his superiors in red deer and calgary i commend you on your chose of employing someone of such...
