Order pizza there got the party pack normal thing been doing it for years never had a bad experience. New owners obviously flexing the quality of this pizza. It was thin like thin, thin. The dough on the bottom was not even cooked. There are three guys with me and we didn’t even finish one pizza. We did finish a cheese bread both were all thin. This is why the Oilers game was going on so of course we gotta eat something. All of us just barely able to put three pieces down. I’ve saved the pizza that’s how shitty it was. I didn’t even eat it the next day.. When I called it 10 minutes after getting the order to complain the lady said call back tomorrow when the boss is there guess what I called back. They offered me one large pizza. So not only have they not offered to bring the pizza or fix the pizza when I first called in immediately they offered me less than half of my original order I was upfront and said yes we ate some of it. We needed something to eat after spending close to $60. I will never go back to this place I don’t even want their large pizza if I were you I would go to George’s Pizza or pizza box. At least the quality has not got to this way and their bread is properly cooked. It was discussing and the service afterwards has been brutal. I cannot wait to make a Facebook post about this to ruin this business because it is a shame I highly recommend no one go ever get this pizza. It’s not the original owners. I have no problem with other people especially from backgrounds buying a brand. It’s smart business. I’m OK with them adjusting the quality a little bit if the price is right well, I’ll tell you what out of the two pieces they got I couldn’t even finish one with two other buddies three other buddies And we finish an order of cheese bread. Can anyone ever tell me when they’ve witness 4 Men struggle to eat one pizza in total with the two different flavours they had as well as just one Order of cheesy bread. That’s right for men only ate one out of the two pizzas and some cheesy bread while the oiler games on. Their lack of service and understanding of how to fix a situation or urgency. When I called back, he said another person ordered at the same time and never complained.. I don’t know I complained within 10 minutes maybe someone didn’t want to, but I did. Is there a problem with that because I saved the pizza for you guys to actually see it….. if I don’t knows me, I’ve been in sales in red deer for the last 20 years. I will recommend things with a full heart when something is wrong like that I want to spread the word to not by here no matter what the price is this is Patty from Saskatchewan and I do not recommend this place. I give a one star I can name two more places right now off the top of my head George’s and pizza box go there they’re good pie. I can list other ones off as they come and talk to me, but this place I will never buy again. I will never support again and I wanna make sure that nobody goes there again because they insulted the people who used to go there and like I said I’m understanding of an adjustment because of new ownership I’ll even accept that I will not accept poor service and uncooked pizza because you know I love my food!!!!! Staff was very helpful explaining menu on my first visit and I was impressed with how fast they were to complete my very affordable order. Then, after biting into my piping hot cheesy pizza pie, I was inlove. The in house made crust is amazing!! Very yummy. First time I called this place cause we had heard such good things. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. I went elsewhere. Then I tried them again, the lady who answered the phone was rude, and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for us to be placing an order for pick up.
