I've gone to the RibFest that Richmond Hill hosts a few times. They do an excellent job. They have around six rib (pork and beef)/pulled pork/chicken trucks at the event (really enjoyed the ribs from Billy Bones...such a tasty sauce and the meat falls off the bones), along with a truck that sells the Bloomin' Onion, Corn on the cob, ice cream trucks, Meryl's Hot sauce (crazy hot sauces for nachos and other food), Beer, and other food. They have great entertainment and have lots and lots of tables to sit at and eat. They also had water stands to clean your hands since eating ribs can be messy and also handed out hand-wipes. They always do a fantastic job! I wish the Markham RibFest would check them out and do the same thing, so they improve the Markham event. The overall facility is nice..great for a nice walk.
