Do not expect COVID compliance. As of the date of this review, the provincial health order states that all adults are expected to wear masks indoors and no food to be served/consumed indoors. Average new COVID cases are 1000 daily. In the 2 hours that we were here, more than half of the adults were not wearing masks. Photos attached.
This was reported to management multiple times and photos were shown to them onsite but little action was taken. Instead of going to these individuals and asking them to put in their masks, they chose to make announcements (which were ignored). These same adults brought food (including hot food in a thermos), party platters, chips etc and enjoyed them indoors despite the provincial health order. It is obvious they were not from the same family bubble either.
My children were very uncomfortable that these adults were on the play structures without their masks or not wearing them properly. Throughout our entire visit, the Fundays staff stayed at reception and did not conduct any compliance check at all.
Ignorant people are to be expected. However, it is the 365 Fundays’ responsibility to ensure compliance and safety for all, especially the children.
This place is expensive too. $21 for a child + $5 per adult for 2 hours. They do not honour Entertainment coupons anymore because that’s ‘Pre-Covid’ even though it is April 2021 and Covid has been around since March 2020.
Very disappointing on all levels and do not recommend.
Reply to Owner’s comments: In all the photos, NONE of the patrons were drinking. They were standing around and chatting etc. Party platters and food are not the same as taking a quick drink of water.
No compliance checks were made. I know, because I was waiting for for action from staff.
The Entertainment coupons cannot be reprinted. You have to purchase the entire book for a one time use on the coupon. It is extremely incorrect to suggest that someone can just ‘print off’ an unlimited amount of coupons.
The Entertainment Book 2021 was released in 2021. COVID has been around since March 2020. It is dishonest to not accept the coupons after 365 Fundays signed up for this. Using COVID as an excuse after limiting play time AND charging adults is ridiculous. Can you imagine if all the vendors featured in Entertainment book decide the same and choose self interest over honouring what is published?

Our program is designed to provide an advertising solution for our merchant partners that provides an exclusive benefit to our Members as a means of connecting the two. We do have agreements on record for every merchant that lists an offer, including the merchant's specified Terms & Conditions and expiration/renewal terms. Within the process of creating the offer, the business is responsible for identifying the discount, providing any necessary logos/graphics (including menus), barcodes (if needed), coupon codes (if needed) and any applicable limitations (i.e., fine print). In other words, everything listed on their coupon involved their input. Those merchants also receive training materials and contact information for our internal support team if there were changes or updates necessary.
Offers in the 2021 Entertainment Books reflect that there was an active agreement in place as of April 1, 2020. Any business that requested that their offer be terminated after their coupons have been published would be expected (per terms of our agreement) to honor their printed offers through the expiration date listed on that coupon.
The play time is for 2 hours. There is a 30 min break between each play session to allow for sanitization. However, the announcements come on very early. Children are told 10-15 mins prior to end of playtime that they have to get out for sanitization. So you do not get the full 2 hours. Plus the time it takes to pay, register, sanitize, check...
Read moreDo Not Book the Party Rooms!!
The 2hrs timeslot that outrageous price you paid INCLUDES the playtime also. Think about that for a second, your going to decorate, say hi to incoming guests, take some pics, have a bite..some cake. By the time that's done, you'll have an hour or less of actual playtime. Let that sink in for a bit...we had some extra guests on top so our final price was $400+ for an hour of actual playtime. A super rushed experience. Not enough playtime. -The room is literally pointless, as the kids just wanna play to be honest. We were under the understanding that it was just the party room that had the time limit. But the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE there is 2 hrs total. I don't recommend booking the party rooms. Absolutely a waste of $$. We couldve had way more kids/people with us for same price if it was just the playroom.
I strongly recommend you eat somewhere else first, or have that figured out some other way, THEN go there for play time after.
Overall? The playground was great, I was impressed. Really cool facility, I'd go back for just regular play. BUT dont bother renting party rooms. It's a rip off. Unless they somehow can separate the time used in the party room from the play...
Read moreWe have loved coming here since my kids were little. We've booked two birthday parties here and had a 10 x pass in the past. We were even contemplating booking the lazer tag for my son's upcoming birthday in September.
Today we went with a friend. My eldest injured his tailbone and couldn't play the entire time. He slid down the volcano slide and flew at the base banging into the shie d portion but hurting his tailbone on the base of the slide. Then halfway through the experience, my friend's son got a head injury and his head was bleeding significantly. He had a headache and couldn't play any longer.
We asked for a first aid kit and was given one that had expired polysporin and no disinfectant otherwise. They never asked how the injury occured to secure the environment and all they offered was a juice box because the kids sat instead of played for most of it.
I'm thoroughly disappointed in the lack of response and preparation in a child's injury. At the very least I would have expected that they go and check out the location that he got his cut from to assess if there is blood there or if there is any dangerous element that might...
