I love the Itch Spray, found it by coincidence at local T & T on display but when I wanted to purchase it the customer service rep said it was expired & I CANT have it.
Upon looking at my previously bottle it too showed it was expired & on display! Yesterday the price card showed it was available but nothing available...terrible customer service.
I explained that after 7 years of suffering & hundreds of dollars in creams, ointments, pills, lozenges, etc this is the only thing that works! Too bad!
Store is legally responsible for making an expired product on the shelves, pretty sure your database would tell you that. Customer Service pointed to the floral decoration on left upper corner of the bottle (no words) and directed me to 'check stores in Chinatown's - what, ALL of them?
Why don't you simply order new product and call me when you receive it, that would be GREAT customer service, & not helpful to tell me to 'check around Chinatown'. I've spent seven years of suffering & lots of money to finally find something that works. Oh, by the way it took talking to 3 people in T & T to get this shameful NOT customer centered advice!
And now I need to travel to Richmond, not my usual shopping area to see if MAYBE this store will sell me the Itch Spray & another product. I'm not sure if they sell products without seeing a doctor, which I also don't have money or benefits for.
Gee, I hope I can buy this product here because I'm running out of products that work, in my price range & not have to supply a blood sample & first born in order to buy a product that's produced in Canada. How much more pain & money do I have to spend to buy something that works,...
Read moreIt is very disappointing that Dr. Lu does not take any responsibilities of her own negligence in patient care. She always be late in extending my treatment sessions with ICBC, and she refuse to treat the patience because of the delays caused by her. Much worse than that is she is very arrogant by not admitting her own negligence and blame the patient that not reminding her for the extension of the treatment. She is kind of doctor refuses take her own responsibilities and blame others for her own fault. She has no idea bout the standard of patient care legislated in Canada. This is not China, please respect laws and regulations of Canada.
In response to Dr. Lu's response below: ICBC only provide expiry date to you as a health provider, I do not have access to such information as it is practitioner's job to monitor and follow up. It is your responsibility to follow up, not the patient. As a doctor, your behavior of blaming me is shameful. You are very much profit oriented by letting the patient suffer , not patient oriented which proved by your denial of treating me and that was caused by your negligence. Dr. Du, please review the practitioner's standard for your occupation. You need to act on patient's best interest which is the expectation from your regulatory body. Your attitude of blaming patient for your own fault is absolutely not acceptable by any body. Such awful, disgraceful, rascal attitude only sometimes can been experienced in very rural places in China. Shame on you as a doctor in Canada, please watch out your awful rascal conducts, otherwise you are inviting authorities to review your poor conducts as for...
Read moreThis clinic is very clean and pleasant as others have said. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. And Dr. Lu is very friendly and kind. Explains things well and thoroughly. She takes the time to answer your questions, and doesn't rush. Dr. Lu is a great doctor. After two months I came back from overseas and recovered from covid-19, was still very weak, went to Elite Acutherapy & Herbology Center. Dr. Lu examined thoroughly, gave me Chinese medications, and recovered after taking medications. I would definitely recommend...
