I'm going to change my somewhat good reviews n rating posted 2 months ago on google to this. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. IT'S ONLY MUSLIM OWNED BUT HOSPITALITY IS NOWHERE CLOSE TO ISLAMIC VALUES. THE OLDER FELLOW standing at the reception will eat you alive with his extremely disrespectful n discourteous accusatory behavior if ever you express your concerns about the food is not how you ordered it. My son n I decided to eat there tonight. We ordered chicken fried rice and Kung Pao chicken with very specific instructions of NO SPICES my son said MILD. now the food shows up. Rice dish is good however the chicken is filled with cut up red chilies n I point that out to the man. He nods his head in NO ...I'm.like please look carefully there's a lot of chilies n it's spicy. He right away started pointing at my son saying he told me mild. I said ok i understand but it is clearly not mild it's very spicy you can see the amount of cut up chilies. He starts talking to me in rude n disrespectful way with pointing fingers saying I am laying n takes the dish away from my the table n says I'm not going to give you food I'm not going to serve you anymore no more food. I'm sitting in disbelief looking at his face he places the dish on the side table starts closing the lights n my son at this point is terrified and I'm furious at that man's behavior. I asked for the owner or the manager in charge he says there is no owner n I'm the in charge. I said this is how you treat people? This is how you take care of customer's concerns. All I'm asking you is that it's too spicy. He places the dish away n I'm trying to look for someone to speak to. I saw chef coming n I tried to ask about the owner he says he no speak English. The little man again comes and stares at my son n points at him again n tells to be honest if he didn't say mild. I told him to stop pointing fingers n harassing my child I'm his mother n we clearly asked for no species n keep it mild n it's not mild. He continues to argue I said ok if you don't quit harassing my child I'm going to call the police. I took a picture of his dish n he says ok call the police n then he has the audacity to bring me the check. I'm mad at this n I took it from his hands n threw it away n says oh you threw it away... God, it was too much to bare I was so upset n felt so insulted ...I picked up my purse n left. I AM STILL IN SHOCK at what I just experienced. Their service was poor even when I visited the first time 2 months ago but today IT BLEW ME AWAY HOW TERRIBLE ILL-MANNERED that was. NEVER EVER THIS PLACE. IF THE OWNER IS READING THIS PLEASE KNOW THAT BY SERVING HALAL N BEING A MUSLIM BY NAME AND HANGING RELIGIOUS PICTURES IS NOT ENOUGH TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE TO LIVE BY THE VALUES OF YOUR RELIGION. N TEACH SOME MANNERS TO YOUR STAFF ESPECIALLY THAT LITTLE CREATURE WORKING IN YOUR RESTAURANT RECEPTION. the most pathetic place on earth!!!!...
Read moreIt was a bad experience for me going to eat there on the first day of Eid AL Adha, we were a group of 3 people we arrived there at 5 PM, and we ordered five plates and it took like half an hour to get 4 plates, and the fifth one which was sautéed sliced lamb with garlic took more time, I thought it takes quite a bit of time to be cooked but it was not very hot when it was served, I didn't see any steam, also the menu shows it isn't a spicy plate ( no jalapeño sign beside the plate as the rest of spicy plates in the menu ), but it was very spicy, we asked the waitress the reason why it was so spicy and she said they have changed the recipe. How come they change the recipe and don't adjust the menu, what if someone has an allergy and eats it, some people might choke because of spicy food, I wonder why the recipe was adjusted for only the plate I chose despite the other one which was Sautéed sliced lamb with scallion ( they both have the same price and no spicy sign beside the plate name ), anyway the waitress said she needs to call the manager to change the plate with the other one which is Sautéed sliced lamb with scallion, after another 15 minutes she brought the other plate, let me indicate that the restaurant was not busy the time we have arrived, it was only us and another table in the whole restaurant for 45 minutes.
I always respect the Chinese. They are respectful, honest, and hard workers. In my opinion, they are ideal people.
After my experience, I won't advise...
