Attended a sold out concert, and initially the experience was as I expected but two hours into the show I was harassed for my ticket 3 times by 2 different staff members, but it was on my husband's phone and he had been in the drink line for 40 minutes by then. I required accessible seating and apparently the staff member who showed us to our seats and the second one who confirmed it was correct had actually put us in someone else's spot. So when that person showed up two hours in, they kicked us out of the seats, then said I could stay but without my husband. Internet happened to go out when all this went on, and we couldn't pull up the tickets for a while and missed half an hour of the show while being interrogated and made to walk all over with staff trying to get a signal. All the while I am having a LOT of difficulty walking because I have mobility problems. They were extremely rude about how we were treated for their mistake, and the other folks who got kicked out of their spot because apparently it was our seats seemed less than thrilled too. Read moreThis is a nice arena and venue for concerts. It's not hard to find. Parking is a breeze. They only opened 1 door when it was time to enter, so it was slow going. There wasn't much open in regards to food when I visited for a concert. Just popcorn and ice cream (I think). For adult beverages, you'll mostly find products from Moosehead Breweries. The sound was good for the bands that were able to complete sound check. It sucks that barely anyone showed up for the concert I attended. I don't see how they can sustain that business model but I hope they keep trying. As long as big acts like Cypress Hill keep coming, I'll keep showing up. 3 stars, for now, because I basically only got to enjoy the show. I'll review during my next visit. I wouldn't mind seeing a hockey game, sometime. Get your vendors straightened out. They should be there whenever it's open...
Read moreThe Td Station itself is very nice and well layed out. The staff on the other hand are very rude. We where yelled at for not checking the website prior to coming. Actually yelled at. My mother didnt know she couldnt bring her purse. When I asked why the box office didnt let me know about this, I was snapped at and told the box office wouldnt know and I need to check the website. I have literally been to every major Big and small Arena in Canada and have never been yelled at for not checking the website before coming. At the very least box office should advise customers to check before an event so I dont have my mother being yelled at being my first experience...
