Upon approaching the the park you feel you are in a forest of spruce trees. Then your eye catches the park; looks like a true Spider man/Batman park, a circuit of climbing apparatus in which you do not have to touch the ground when moving from one the next climbing adventure. President Murray founded the U of S. I suppose that's a pretty big deal and deserving of a park (and a high school, apparently). Maybe less utilitarian than "Munroe Ave Park" or something of the sort, but it keeps us in touch...
ย ย ย Read moreA unique park space in Saskatoon. Rows of towering conifers give the park a shady, muted, contemplative atmosphere. Lots of foot traffic from students and health care workers. Lots of activity in the summer including picnics, volleyball, and children playing!
