Many things about the store: On the name of cost cutting they don’t put enough amount of meat and vegetables as per the suggested recipe. For example, today sandwich artist put three scoop of tuna instead of four scoop on a foot long sandwich. This didn’t happen first time. Looks like the owner is telling the employees to do that. If your staff is mainly India origin then atleast tell them to start loving what they are doing atleast for now and do better customer service. Don’t be rude to customers and don’t think that customers don’t understand your mother tongue. Your employees shouldn’t gossip or comment cheap on the customers for their own entertainment. Many people know Punjabi and Gujarati and they are shocked to hear such words about them. Guys you already know what I’m talking here. Again amount of vegetables and meat. Serve atleast what customer is paying for. You aren’t gonna be millionaire by cheap cost cutting. Better try to increase your sale by catering better customer service. Canadians are very nice and they don’t speak when you guys do such worst customer service. What they do is stop coming to your store. Better stop all such unusual tricks and leave it back home. Read moreMy friend and I went to the museum in the U of S then gotta have some supper before a long drive, since it was a Sunday evening some restaurants do not open or close early, we picked this because we had a task to do after supper and did not want to be waiting too long for food or it could be too costly. From the map, we decided to go here and when we went in there was no other customer. We waited for some time to be served. Probably there was only one staff and he was not near the kitchen (?) there was no bell or anything to indicate we were there so we just wait. After 5 minutes or so the staff came and we ordered. Read moreThey should train their employees better. As usual, i went there on my Friday lunch break. I watched the only person working take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for the guy in front of me. (He had ordered on the Subway app.) But the "sandwich artist" didn't prepare it ahead of time because she didn't know how to access the online orders. This made me realize that my order (also placed on the Subway app) wasn't ready. I had already lost 20 minutes, and I had to go back to work. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, seeing that I didn't have enough time remaining for my break. Well, this also was a problem for her. She proceeded to call someone, and that person asked her to convince me not to cancel my order. She and the person on the phone didn't want to understand that I didn't even have time to eat.
