We had an amazing dining experience at Chef Pan Restaurant in Saskatchewan. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. We tried many restaurants on the way to Banff, and this is the best restaurant from Toronto all the way to Vancouver. Ordered the roasted half duck as a "special" for the night, along with the beef noodles. Large portion, couldve served 3 as it was very heavy. Beef noodles were ok, but needed some vegetables. The flavor was good, very tender beef but salty. Duck looked nice, until we tasted it. Dry, and reheated. It was served barely warm. Skin was crispy like it was stale. The meal was expensive, very expensive given what it was. Service was great until we ordered, asked how the food was 5 minutes in and nothing else even though we were the only ones there. This is the best restaurant and the most hospitatie service I have ever seen in Saksatoon. As a Chinese, If you looking for a authentic Chinese food,they are the one you should come for . Exspecially the Pan Fried Garlic Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk and Grilled Barbecue Duck,you must try. My korean husband love the Pan Fried Garlic Prawn so much.
