Lovely little rock bluff at the west end of the Sechelt seaside walkway. Not much of a beach to speak of, but plenty of vista with island views and a very nice, tiered 'cliff face' of inconsequential height which can be a lot of fun to scale with the whole family (we've coaxed and prodded our dogs to jump up the almost step-like rock faces with a little assistance several times). A couple minute walk down lands you at the ever lovely and popular icecream shack, which conveniently offers doggy icecream for those of us with canine friends (seriously recommendned).
Overall, despite its lack of accessibility to the actual water, one of the better shoresides on the Sunshine Coast, which as we all know is saying...

There is a short pier out into the bay at one end of the walk. Wildlife that can be seen includes various gulls and sea ducks and occasionally seals and sea lions. There is reasonable restaurant and an art gallery specializing in wood art along the walkway and a children's playground at one end. There may also be food trucks...

Itās also the kind of place you can bring a book to read, sketch book to draw in, or just take a nap listening to the soft crash of the waves.
