Lovely little rock bluff at the west end of the Sechelt seaside walkway. Not much of a beach to speak of, but plenty of vista with island views and a very nice, tiered 'cliff face' of inconsequential height which can be a lot of fun to scale with the whole family (we've coaxed and prodded our dogs to jump up the almost step-like rock faces with a little assistance several times). A couple minute walk down lands you at the ever lovely and popular icecream shack, which conveniently offers doggy icecream for those of us with canine friends (seriously recommendned).

Overall, despite its lack of accessibility to the actual water, one of the better shoresides on the Sunshine Coast, which as we all know is saying...

An easy walk along Trail Bay a very short walk from downtown Sechelt. Most of the walk is on paved trail but a short distance is on a little used street. There is a short pier out into the bay at one end of the walk. Wildlife that can be seen includes various gulls and sea ducks and occasionally seals and sea lions. There is reasonable restaurant and an art gallery specializing in wood art along the walkway and a children's playground at one end. There may also be food trucks...

Always enjoy coming here for walks and scrambling amongst the rocks. Good to take our kid down to the water and throw rocks into the ocean. It’s also the kind of place you can bring a book to read, sketch book to draw in, or just take a nap listening to the soft crash of the waves. If you like to be by the ocean, this is a nice place to check out. Not usually too busy. We come here almost every time we...

I enjoy my every day sweem there,i walk my dog and stop by the rocks the most beautiful formation of rocks and enjoy the breathtaking vews, always friendly people walking with their dogs or no dods, picnic tables and benches to use for a meal or a game or socialising with others.I love the pine trees and their aroma when heated by the sun.

This is a tiny walkway by the shoreline in downtown Sechelt. The district is in the process of building bathrooms on one end. The path is decently flat and would be good for those with mobility issues. There are many benches with memorial plaques along the walkway so could be a good spot for resting, mediation or to take in the views.
