This is by far the worst pizza navigating website and it is absolutely almost impossible to speak to a human and when you do get to speak to someone in the store they tend to hang up on you their pizzas are most of the time not what you ordered or the toppings are so skimpy that you're left having to go to McDonald's afterwards and the staff are rude so I tried to order the special pizza of the day and these $2 Cinnabon dessert things and like absolutely could not do it on the computer and you have to do it on the computer in order to get the deal so I phoned in because I needed a coupon code the store did not know the coupon code so they put me through to customer service who did not know the coupon code who then put me through to the store who again did not know the coupon code and then proceeded to hang up on me so I phoned back they did not answer they went back to customer service again who hung up on me I phone back to the store the lady finally helped me reluctantly she allowed me to let her do the order and then when my husband went to pick up the pizza she was rude and offensive I think this is the worst pizza restaurant in BC as far as pizza hut goes however that being said their pizza's good so you want to order their pizza most of the time when they do it proper but it is an absolute nightmare trying to order from like you want to poke your eyes out with a stick that's how bad my experience was tonight I am so upset about it and my cinnabon's are raw so I will leave it up to the rest of you whether or not you want to to go here Domino's pizza however in Gibson's is delicious and they will meet you halfway between sea salt and Gibson's at the fire hall in Robert's Creek which is over and above the call of duty have a...
Read moreThis pizza hut has been the worst pizza hut ever! We came here for a nice relaxing getaway to the island and just ordered a Ben and Jerry's ice cream and a 2 litre Pepsi. This was such a hassle!!!! The website said the order is coming here within 20 minutes and on the website it said our order had arrived. After 30 minutes we called the store and they said our order would be there within 5 more minutes, we waited some more.... called them after 20 minutes no one would pick up the phone or the phone would go to other stores or to customer service. Then finally someone picked up she said sorry someone will be there soon. Then we waited a little bit longer.
Called back after 1hr and 40 mins and got customer service instead of the store. We told them we can't connect to the store, so she tried putting us through, and we got the store and at this point we just wanted a refund it was almost 2 hours. We said we want a refund and she said we still have to wait for the employee to show up to the hotel for us to get cash back and could not put the money back on our card! So, after 2 hours waiting for just a ice cream and pop the driver arrived and returned our money. This was horrible customer service and no communication with the driver and employee...
Read moreTypically we loved this place, but the last two delivery orders we made, didn’t come with everything we paid for. What really turned the experience from bad to worse, was after we called and asked where half the order was (Salad and wings), we were offered another “credit” instead of a refund. What bothers me is that they didn’t even discuss or offer what they forgot the last time to compensate for the previous order they messed up on. There’s a serious lack of organization going on at the location.
So we took it in stride and assumed it was the new person operating the phone, who will typically hang up on you or drop your call.
When I called in to collect our credit, it’s suddenly impossible to deliver what’s owed, so we have to do a pickup only. Of course, they’d have no idea that we’ve got one vehicle and it’s in use because one of us is working on the mainland. But here we are, dealing with an organization who when you even talk about the credit, pretend to be confused and unaware, then set up as many roadblocks as possible.
