I had the opportunity to ask Shannon questions while she was at the desk. It was so great to have someone so knowledgeable who was able to provide me with what I needed and to know so much. Beautiful grounds and facility, great and knowledgeable staff, good collections, lots of help and advice and resources to help with what you are looking for. It is also a quiet space and the lighting doesn't feel intrusive. Often they have a museum type display on a topic that's nicely presented and interesting to walk through.
