Membertou Heritage Park — Attraction in Sydney

I did a self-guided tour for free and loved every exhibit and poster they had. tons of interesting and important information as well as beautiful displays of mi'kmaq artistry, culture, and history. the petroglyphs gift shop had so many things- earrings, blankets, hats, posters, post cards, regalia, mugs, shirts, soap, mi'kmaq language and history books, novels, umbrellas, etc. the people i talked to were lovely and i had an amazing visit. i will come back one day. call days or a week ahead of time if you want to schedule a workshop! i didn't have enough time left in town to do a beading workshop but would...

My husband and I did a workshop where we heard stories and then made a dreamcatcher. It was amazing. The presenter (I think his name was Jeff) was so knowledgeable and friendly.
