I almost broke my teeth biting into this rock hard crispy chicken sandwich.

I ordered the clubhouse chicken sandwich special today (Tuesday, July 30)l at noon) and the chicken was indeed CRISPY, so much so that it was almost impossible to bite through.

The meat inside was basically disintegrated from being over cooked. It was akin to biting a piece of 2x4 wood.

So many people have raved about this place but I will likely never return. If a place can overcook a chicken sandwich that badly and still serve it, then it's clear they have very low quality standards and the cooking staff is not trained well.

Worst chicken I have ever received from any chicken place. No flavor at all, there was barely any breading, my son through his in the garbage. I had half a piece and tossed it. I gave some to my parents they tried and fed it to their dog. And I was also over charged. Saturday is supposed to be 31.99 my bill was almost 42.00 so unless the tax went up an awful lot that doesn't add up. They also have us 6 drum sticks in a 12 piece. Also fries were way over cooked. It was like they had no idea what they were doing. First and last time I be getting food from here....

Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff are lazy, dirty, slow, and will lie to your face in order to avoid helping you or doing extra work. Intentionally made my food the easy way and did not put anything I wanted on the food, and when I found out that they were too lazy to make it right, they wouldn't give me a refund until I made a scene, during which time the staff lied to me several times about something that happened five minutes ago.
