Very good if you want to take a walk and get some fresh air.
-I personally can walk there for hours with friends while playing pokemon go.(Lots of pokestops and gyms)
-A lot of good restaurants and bars in the area not to mention a theater wich keeps the place alive at almost any given hour of the day.
-Animals are friendly, lots of ducks and squirrels wich if you are seating and calm, will come to you/ around you (I mean litteraly, a squirrel stood on my girlfriend's hands while I was peting a duck isn't that amazing ? ) They usually sit around the riverbank.
-There are festivals, concerts, plays all year round and most of em are free. There is a bistro on the premisses.
-Public restrooms. They are not open 24 hours a day wich is a shame.

The park is nicely equipped with benches all the way through either to sit and relax or to excercice as there are some intructions on the side of each bench to follow a cardio training(smoothmovement and not intensive so everyone can join in 😉).the park is well maintained so let s all keep it that way 😉 There a restaurant with a terasse facing that river. All of the signs are in French, but don’t let that discourage you if your French is not good.There are people that will be happy to translate for you and explain things written and not written. There has been a tremendous amount of work done to restore the old buildings and re-purposed them for current generations.
