Pizzéria NO.900 - Terrebonne — Restaurant in Terrebonne

Hello,

I have been in one of the brunches in Montreal City on the 23 June 2022 and it was great experience.

However my family visited me this week from France and I took them to Terrebonne as we reserved to have dinner over there.

1st Things I exercised the person he/she who they were serving us were very arrogant and rude in they way were addressing us.

We let it go however the 2nd incident my wife had burned pizza 🍕 from underneath. I tried to eat her pizza and give her mine and I couldn’t so we decided to let the person whom they are serving us that we couldn’t eat it the taste and the smell isn’t pleasant.

The surprising part they said that’s normal and they can’t change as well t will be always the same. So wired to hear that in a great restaurant like Pizzéria NO.900 .

And they look their watch indicates that is late to replace your burned pizza.

The last surprises was after we paid and we are heading out we found that the kitchen was still working and preparing more pizzas 🍕

All I am hoping to upgrade the service to match the quality of the food and the...

Went to Pizza 900 Terrebonne on a Saturday night, party of 7. Seated near the terrace section, high tables. Took a while to be greeted by a server (resto was super busy), but the moment we were seen by our waiter, excellent service for the rest of the meal. Water glasses filled (and two pitchers left on table for us), drinks arrived fairly quickly, our order was taken, food arrived in a fair amount of time (given how busy the restaurant was). Several servers ran plates to our table and brought us extras (napkins, spicy oil). Our waiter, Ben, was absolutely awesome: he was sweet, very friendly and quick & efficient. He made our service very pleasant, and never demonstrated that he was stressed or "in the juice" considering the huge section he was responsible for. Bills and payment were taken care of quickly, as well. The food was great, I had the Smoked Meat pizza. Delicious, not overcooked, very tasty. My cousins also enjoyed their meals, as well. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, largely due to the owners’ apparent focus on cutting costs. I had previously met the manager in Trois-Rivières—the same one who now manages the Terrebonne location—and explained to him how important it is to be a little more generous with the cheese on the five-cheese dish. Unfortunately, it seemed like my request fell on deaf ears, as my order arrived with even less cheese than expected.

Hoping my first experience was just an oversight, I later returned with a group of eight people—only to regret my decision. Once again, the same manager served me a five-cheese dish that was lacking in cheese. It was clear at this point that this was not just a mistake but a pattern.

For a restaurant that advertises a five-cheese dish, skimping on the key ingredient is unacceptable. Given my repeated disappointments, I can’t recommend this place, especially for those expecting quality and...
