As a frequent customer who lives just down the street, I can confidently say Bygs is one of the best spots in Old Terrebonne. Last night was a perfect example of why I keep coming back. I got off work late and walked in around 7:45 PM. It was clear the staff were beginning their cleanup, preparing to close—but you’d never know it from the service I received.
I was greeted with a genuine smile, and without hesitation, they whipped up a quick sandwich and a poutine for me. No complaints, no rush—just friendly, professional service. The food, as always, was hot, freshly made, and absolutely delicious. It’s that consistency and hospitality that makes this place such a standout.

I'm not sure what makes you say that you are an upscale place. It looks like a regular saloon style corner resto. Not bad but not upscale. Maybe you're a big fish in a small pond over in Vieux Terrebonne and continued success to you but I stand by my review.
