Loved it but it can be challenging if you do the whole loop. There re approximately three very steep(and I stress steep) hills on this trail. They are fabulously maintained and nice and wide. Starts through the woods along the river which is lovely, winds through the golf course over some bridges and goes under the highway three bridge and the train truss. It does loop back to the park where you start which is wonderful. My 4 year old got pretty tuckered out just pass the halfway mark but she only got carrier for about 30 mins and was good to go again.
