I wanted to leave this review for anyone who is anxious like me and needs to know info about a place. I visited the beach during the weekend for the first time, I usually go weekdays, and i was really worried about the rush and parking. I got there around 12:50 pm and the parking near the beach had no parking at all. Was lurking around for 15 minutes and had no luck so decided to park at the marina side and walk over to the beach (it's a 10 minute walk - wasn't bad at all!). The parking rate at the marina is similar to the beach side parking , but it's shared with boats so make sure you park on the car side and not the boat side. Around 1:30 is when we got to settle down and it wasn't super busy. It got hella busy around 4 pm - 5 pm and after 7 pm the rush slowed down. No cars are allowed in after 7 pm so make sure to get in before that. There are a lot of seagulls and bees here. The seagulls don't bother you unless there is food around you but the bees are super annoying. Great beach to swim and relax. Amazing views. Big area so you can move around too. There is a bus, I think 175, that takes you all the way down to the beach so that's an option as well if you want to get to the beach and not want to deal with parking. I was leaving at 9 pm and still...
Read moreBluffer’s Park Beach is one of the most beautiful and underrated spots in the GTA. Every time I visit, I’m amazed by the breathtaking natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and the calming sound of the water hitting the shore. It's a perfect blend of lake, cliffs, greenery, and sandy beach — making it feel like a mini escape from the city without actually leaving Toronto.
The view of the Scarborough Bluffs rising in the background is absolutely stunning, especially during golden hour or early morning. The clear blue water, wide open spaces, and gentle breeze create a truly relaxing vibe — ideal for a quiet walk, picnic, or just lying on the sand and soaking it all in.
The park is well maintained, with walking trails, picnic areas, and plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the view. Whether you're there to take photos, spend quality time with family, or just unwind solo, Bluffer’s Park Beach has a lot to offer.
It’s also a great place for sunsets, with the cliffs lighting up in warm hues — making it one of the most scenic places in Toronto.
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on a truly peaceful, nature-filled experience. A must-visit for beach lovers, nature enthusiasts, and anyone in need of a beautiful escape right...
Read moreThe beach was really nice. The sand was really soft and clean, and the water was really warm and clear. The water was also shallow enough to walk in with it being at your knees for at least 20 ft or more. The beach itself was also quite large, with plenty of room for families and groups of friends. The one negative aspect of the beach was that it's not directly accessible by transit, rather you have to walk 10-15 minutes after getting off the bus down a winding road with no sidewalks until you reach a walk-way and then you have to walk an additional 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. Taking a bike with you is an option; however, because you have to leave the same way you came, then you have no choice to ride your bike uphill. However, all the people I saw with bikes that where leaving the beach were walking their bikes up the hill, that's how steep it is. There are public washrooms, but they are a little dirty and because there is only washroom facility and a lot of families go to the beach, the line up for the washrooms, in particular the women's washroom, can get pretty long. Nonetheless, I had a great time at the beach and I will be...
