This park is located on Yonge Street just below Lawrence Avenue East it is a beautiful place to walk around get fresh air and sunshine and sit on the bench and watch the world go by. There are people who walk the trails in the park with their dogs so if you have a dog it's a great place to take him there are many trails up to Leslie and then even Beyond you can walk all the way to Bayview if you wish but if you want to stay in the neighborhood you can just make a circle and you can enjoy yourself .there are many flowers in the park and many trees and you get a Feeling that you're not even in the city so that's a wonderful thing to have because we leaving now in Urban area and if you need to take some time out from The Busy World and get away from it all and find tranquility and peace this is...

Take note of the apparent rule that it's pedestrian only - there aren't any easily visible signs displaying that cyclists are banned! Fortunately I was informed by an irate but polite senior citizen & verified her claim by reading the small font details on the entrance sign. I actually start my hike a little further north at Muir Gardens and walk the trail to Bythwood Ravine, cross over the road and into Sherwood Park. Follow the Sherwood Park trail to the off-leash forest and take the trail right to Bayview and turn around.
