Food: 5 Stars Service: 4 Stars Ambience: 4 Stars Value: 4 Stars Overall: 4.25 Stars

I visited SAVA Crepes & Coffee during the winter and have been meaning to share my experience since. My boyfriend and I were in the mood for something sweet and cozy, so we decided to give this café a try. I opted for the Caramel Banoffee crepe, while my boyfriend went with the Lemon Cream crepe. Both crepes were beautifully presented, but when it came to taste, the Lemon Cream crepe stole the show for me. It had the perfect balance of tartness from the lemon and sweetness from the cream, creating a refreshing and satisfying dessert. The Caramel Banoffee crepe, while good, didn't quite hit the same high notes for me. The flavours were rich and indulgent, but it lacked the lightness that made the Lemon Cream crepe so enjoyable.

In addition to our crepes, I ordered a green tea latte, hoping it would complement the sweet treats. Unfortunately, the latte left a bit to be desired. It wasn’t as flavourful as I had hoped, and I found myself wishing for a stronger, more pronounced green tea taste. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out either, especially compared to the crepes.

One of the highlights of our visit was the service. The staff at SAVA Crepes & Coffee were exceptionally friendly and patient. They took the time to answer our questions about the menu and made sure our order was just right. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude really made a difference in our experience. Even though the café was busy, we never felt rushed, and their warmth added to the cozy atmosphere of the place.

The café itself is a charming spot. It’s small, with some seating inside, which gives it an intimate feel. The décor is cute and inviting, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy a quiet moment. There are also some items for purchase on the shelves, which adds a unique touch to the space. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or spending a bit more time with friends, the ambiance makes it easy to feel comfortable and at home.

Overall, I would rate my experience at SAVA Crepes & Coffee as a solid 4 out of 5. The Lemon Cream crepe is definitely worth trying, and the service alone makes it a place I’d recommend. While the green tea latte wasn’t my favourite, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat and a warm, welcoming environment, this café is worth a visit. I look forward to returning and trying some of their other offerings in the...

10 star option please!!!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE, GREAT CREPES, AWESOME STAFF! THE STAFF REALLY ENJOY WORKING THERE, THEY SERVE YOU LIKE YOU ARE A KING!!!

This is by far my favourite crepe place in the world! I came here by a chance and not choice, and I think we should support them to have more sitting space than they currently have :D. I literally had to leave so I can let the new customers enjoy the best place for crepes!

When we left the table, they let us have the mugs outside to finish the coffee, while giving our chairs and table to another couple, they noticed our gesture and they tripled their level of service! Not to mention, they were extremely busy yet calm, focused and maintained full customer satisfaction to each and every customer I saw walking in.

Not to mention, this place is run by mostly Ukrainians! So lets support them for doing their best!! 🇺🇦

I would highly recommend this place if you want a local, delicious crepes, with the best staff in the service/baking/cooking industry.

Note: I know having multiple stores may not be easy to maintain quality and standards, but you guys really need to open a store in Newmarket, most crepe...

(SAVE YOUR $)!! I was in the area and saw good reviews / ratings of this place so decided to check it out. I had fasted that day for a bloodwork, so was super famished and was looking for something filling and tasty. I was really really disappointed. I ordered their savoury crepe (Egg, ham and Swiss buckwheat crepe). It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. Not only was it bland, the texture felt like I was eating a crepe made out of a sandpaper, it was burnt in places that gave it a particular bitter flavour; the cheese was not properly melt, the egg was concentrated on the 15% of the crepe, the ham only 25% of the entire crepe area. And there really wasn’t anything to give it any flavour (definitely not worth the value they priced it for). I forced myself to eat it because when you’re starving, you can even eat garbage. At the end, I decided to open it up and just eat the ham slice (should’ve just gone to a deli). Based on my experience, I strongly feel they should remove this crepe from their menu. Please don’t waste your $20 on something that doesn’t even taste decent, you are better off donating that money somewhere else or even setting it on fire.
