I would give this store 0 stars if it were an option as 1 is too generous. I should have read reviews before shopping at this location as there are many other bad experiences that others have had here, too.
I purchased a pair of shoes from this location and when I got them home I noticed they weren’t in very good condition (I didn’t end up needing them as well anyways) so I brought them back for a replacement or refund. I was told they can’t re sell them so they wouldn’t do anything about it. I said to them well they why would you sell them to me in the first place? I was told it was my responsibility to inspect the shoes prior to leaving with them. I said I never would think to inspect a new pair of shoes from any store let alone a 1600 pair of shoes from a luxury store. I asked to speak with the manger, Mike, who laughed at me and said he’d never Accept the return and that I could leave and go and get frustrated elsewhere and I asked if there was a customer service rep I could call or a higher up manger to escalate the situation he said he is the director of Dior and he has no boss or manager and that I am waisting my time breath and energy as he is the “director” he kept saying over and over, like get off your high horse you work retail at the mall. He was so rude and disrespectful and the fact they would sell me less than a perfect condition item and then refuse to rectify their mistake is beyond me. Even the box was in horrible condition and all damaged. I was also told I should have inspected the box…. Like seriously?? I would have gone back and shopped there again as mistakes can happen and I do like their product but after the experience with Mike I won’t ever shop there again. There is a level of respect you should have for other people let alone customers. What a disappointment this has been. I’ve had better experiences from Mcdonalds. What a joke. I attached a photo of the soles so you can see what they sold me and...
Read moreSuper disappointed, I went to Dior shop to buy a shoe, They don't have my size, so they told me they will shipping it , i pay for it and waiting for a week, didn't receive my $1751 shoes nor received any email from them, as a shipping confirmation or tracking number, are you serious? After a week I follow up to see why I didn't receive it yet, they said they delivered it to the wrong unit number which my unit number is LPH09 but they delivered it to PH09 and they missed L which means Lower penthouse. So they mess the whole address and they insisted someone with Justin's name signed it. Are you kidding me????! You guys delivered my expensive shoes to the wrong address wrong unit number and wrong name which is even not match my name??????? Even you don't want to accept you did wrong, they said we delivered it and we have someone's name "Justin" sign it. So there is no responsibility on us at this point.it was totally headache, wasting my time, frustration, and at last didn't received my shoes after 10 days. 100 of messages send back and forth with sales representative and waste a lot of energy. After I asked them I need refund, they refer me to "they have to do investigation" and I didn't still received no shoes, no refund nothing. I have no clue what to do. Definitely thats not expected from well known brand like Dior. You spend that much money and see what's happening now. And no one takes responsibility for. Super...
Read moreShocked, horrified, disturbed. I went to the Yorkdale location yesterday with my friends and unfortunately the store said I was not allowed to enter. When I stepped in security immediately stood in front of me to push me out and said I have to wait in line as it was too busy(there were no other customers except me outside). The store itself had two other people (my friends) and 4-5 sales associates. The security guy kept saying I shouldn’t bother waiting since they didn’t sell beauty, shoes, or bags in this location and most people like me get disappointed when they go inside. I mean I wanted to look at a coat but I could literally see 3 bags on display in front of me on the floor lol. I’ve shopped at several Dior stores across the states and US but have never had such a horrible experience. I was definitely racially profiled at this location because as soon as they saw my friends they immediately tried to let me in but I was already walking out. I totally understand having lines for when stores are busy or there are no sales associates but you have an empty store with the only two people inside being my friends who were just browsing. Then telling me there’s no bags when I can see the bags on the floor… be so for real. I will never shop Dior again knowing they racially profiling customers and the overall horrible customer experience, based on my friends inside who didn’t get any help when looking...
