ZERO HYGIENE ! I ordered a mango rasmalai here for my kid. We ate 3/4 of the content and the experience was good till the moment I saw a lengthy strand of hair wrapped around my rasmalai and another one buried at the bottom of the cup. It was disgusting !! I immediately went back to the store along with the cup to complain, but none of them cared about the issue. That short store guy with french beard was very arrogant and impolite. Knowing they are at fault, he ridiculously turned it back stating it's my hair, but clearly it was not mine. It was lengthy and more like a girl's one. And obviously it had been cooked along the rasmalai, because one was tightly wrapped around, and the other hiding at the bottom of the cup. I noticed that time that literally none of their staffs were wearing gloves and hair cap : the ones serving, the ones cooking, the ones coming directly from the kitchen, the ones refilling the food trays, nobody. They are liars and cheaters who are selling very unhygienic food ! I wanted to have the rasmalai cup back to snap a picture, but that guy wantedly threw that in the garbage, so that there's no evidence. On top of that, their foods are too much overpriced but we get very very...

This place should NOT be considered as part of the food court as their foods are restaurant quality like wow! Yes, it may be pricey but the taste and quality of their foods are just amazing. I dont understand why it is only rated 3 stars by most. Ive been coming back to this location.

I ordered their daily special of a large container that had 2 curry( can choose any kind) and biryani rice for only 15.99 and that’s a great deal for a container full of food. Plus I got Two veggie samosas and 2 pcs Garlic naan bread and a bottle of water and all these for about $30. Butter chicken curry is a no brainer as the town’s favourite. I also enjoyed their garlic naan bread. You gotta try their Masala Chai tea to finish it off.

There’s this big guy who is always accommodating and friendly as well as the front people.

Keep up...

So we came here and ordered for samosa chat. Ria told us to wait for 5 minutes and told us to sit while we wait. We waited for almost 15 minutes and the store was hardly getting any new customers. Ria didn’t prepared our order and she continued making for the new customers right away. When we went and asked her about the order, she chuckled and said will get it done in next 5 minutes as I can recognize that she completely forgot about it. When I finally got the order, the samosa was cold as ice. In hurry, she didn’t even warmed it and gave it to me as it is. When I went back, she said this is how the samosa chat is supposed to be. Thankfully her colleague was honest and she did accepted that samosas were not warmed and are cold and she prepared a new one for me. What a great service...

I recently visited Amaya Express and had a fantastic experience. The Mango Lassi for dessert was absolutely delicious—creamy with a rich, sweet mango flavor. I also tried the Samosa Chaat, which offered an incredible fusion of crispy samosas, tangy chutneys, and spices, capturing that authentic Indian street food vibe. The food quality was excellent, and the prices were very affordable, making it a great value for the experience. The friendly and attentive staff provided great service. It's also a perfect option for vegetarians, with a variety of tasty and flavorful dishes. Highly recommend both the Mango Lassi and Samosa Chaat!

I ordered channa gravy and naan which tasted okay. Not too good for the cost. At the same time I ordered a vegan samosa, initially they mentioned it would take around 10-15 mins. I got my other orders and was munching on it for around 30 mins and later when i checked on the status of samosa they said its not ready and then they asked if they could change it for a veg patty. I was already delayed, hence agreed to get it and moved away. At least they should have been courteous to apologize for the delay or the order for which I paid couldn’t be delivered. Such a bad experience in deed.
