Came here after work on a Wednesday running errands, after leaving the line of Chick-Fil-A over peanut allergy concerns, I decided to come here.

I originally went to order a black pepper beef combo with a single signature beef on the side. The server went as far as to asking what fountain drink I had wanted which they ended up not having so I picked an alternative then proceed to tell me they also did not have the black pepper beef.

I asked if I could substitute a pork instead and ordered fries and ensured there was no peanuts which they ensured it was just the seasoning.

When I was called up to my order, I was asked if they had forgotten my drink but instead they told me I did not order a combo. Fair enough, I should be paying attention to my order but it was a frustrating misunderstanding especially the attitude I was given moreorless "well we don't owe you a drink 🤷" with no effort to offer to add-on nor apology, that's fine, I'll take the L on my part.

I go to eat my meal and for whatever reason, it was just really difficult to stomach but I decided to eat most of my meal because I didn't want to waste food.

Fast forward 8 hours later to 4AM, I wake up nauseated with a fever and head to the washroom and immediately start throwing up the contents of my Bingz meal.

I cannot say for certain it was from what I ate at Bingz but it's enough for me to never want to have Bingz for a really long time as I write this from finally recovering.

Overall I'm very disappointed in both the service and food here and I've been to the Fairview location numerous times that provides exceptional service...

I've always been a fan of the Bingz at First Markham Place, so I was happy to hear that they've expanded their locations to include Yorkdale. I will say that it's a bit of a weird location for Bingz, as I don't consider it in the same realm of other fast food you'd find in a food court, but I guess it is fast food.

The service is fast and there was no line when I visited. In comparison, my boyfriend ordered from the Chick-fil-a next door and he had to wait at least 10 minutes. I'd recommend one of their combos, as their crispy burgers are a must try but their noodle/wonton dishes are also amazing. The price is also reasonable for such a combo. I ordered the Signature Pork + Cold Noodles combo, which also came with a drink for around $15 including tax and tip.

The food was basically instant, as I was one of the only people waiting. Despite the extremely fast turnaround, the burger was very crispy and fresh. The noodles actually come packaged with the sauces separately, which is nice if you're getting takeout or bringing it home. Since I was eating at the food court I maybe would have preferred that the noodles be pre-mixed, as it got quite messy as I had to rip open the plastic packaging and mix the noodles myself. It's also not the best for the environment. Maybe that's something they can improve in the future, as most customers eating at Yorkdale will be eating at the food court, unlike their other locations.
