We reserved a booth days ahead, we were told to be there before 11 : 00 pm. I called the place letting them know we were almost there ; we got there at 10:55pm but I had called letting them know our party of 10 people were almost there. They said over the phone that they woulr hold the table, when we arrived I got a text message saying they were ready for us with a red carpet, when we got there our booth was occupied. The bartebder said she didnt know what happened, to wait on the manager. Finamlly the DJ came and asked qho reserved for us, I showed him the text and confirmation of reservation. He told me to hold ine that they would figure it out. No one came back and no one gave us our booth. I was offered complimentary tequila shots for next time however , I found this very unprofessional , no shots could replace the plan we had with our boot and by the way, the manager never came nether did anything about it.
