An incredible and beautiful park to spend time walking, playing or just seating to contemplate surrounding nature. This is a pet friendly place, always with leash. There is a nice playground with a water area for kids as well. There are tables to have your own lunch and a couple of places to have a bbq. Bring your own food and drinks, there are not restaurants or stores inside. Parking and washrooms available. Read moreI did a night hike at -16 Celsius with my stair capable dog. 1 hour plus. It was amazing. Wear ice cleats if you want to see the falls when it's cold. Melting snow causes ice on. The trails. Have good light if you plan to night hike. Dress warm. Dogs can slip on ice too so be aware. Same apples to the day. It's worth it but be careful at Victoria Park on the trails. My first time to Victoria Gardens so not sure if it was just the time of year or not but the the whole trail and walk to get to the falls was magical!
