We dropped by just before Christmas looking for a new solitaire ring for my wife. Her original one broke and the Jewelry store in Halifax wouldn't warranty it as they told us not to bring it in for inspection during Covid... but since we didn't it would now be Voided. We met with Reilly at Inglis and he was awesome from start to finish. Helping us pick out the ring we wanted and with a little help from another lady there we were able add two wedding bands to the ring making the shank wider. Reilley was able to have all three rings soldered together to make a very Unique and beautiful custom ring. Another bonus was we were able to get 1 warranty for the 1 custom Ring. Very knowledgeable and friendly we couldn't be more pleased. An awesome family business with second to none customer service. Reilly even met us at the store on the 26th (while they were closed) to accommodate a pick up while we were in Truro visiting family.
