I really appreciated my mortgage broker Shanel Dutt! It’s first time purchase in BC and I knew her through only a business card my friend forwarded same as other brokers contacts I had on hand. What made me to choose her as my broker the time I didn’t seriously make decision yet to buy I approached several different brokers included her either some expected commitment to do business or other reasons she is only one provided me email/phone feedback with very detailed with different down payment structures.
