I would like to share my wonderful experience at the store today. I came in looking for advice on choosing the right seafood for my son’s upcoming wedding, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Ransford. From the very beginning, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to help.

Instead of simply pointing me in a direction, Ransford personally walked me through the store, taking the time to explain the different types of seafood available and what would be most suitable for a wedding menu. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me helpful suggestions about freshness, flavor, and presentation. His knowledge made me feel confident that I was making the right choices for such an important occasion for my family.

It is rare these days to meet someone who goes above and beyond to ensure that a customer feels valued and supported, and Ransford truly exceeded my expectations. His kindness, professionalism, and expertise made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

My family and I were chased by a worker and her colleagues accusing us of stealing goods and leaving the shop without paying. When we showed her our goods and the receipt then we were let go. My mum was on a wheel chair and my son was pushing her. The worker asked her colleague to search us and especially to check my mum. They were so disappointed that they did not get anything on us. This is called racial profiling. It is pure racism. We were shamed in front of other customers. We will never go there again to do our shopping. This experience has been so traumatizing for our family especially we were with kids (the youngest was 5 years old). The only excuse that they were able to give me is that there are customers who rob them every time. So does it mean that every brown person who comes in their shop are robbers? They should have checked their camera before shaming their customers. They believed their racist worker who was busy selling fish and started to chase customers. Their customer representatives are so rude and they lack professionalism. Chasing a customer in the shop and outside without any proof is to be beyond unreasonable. There are no words I can use to describe our feelings to express how much we are extremely hurt especially when they asked to search my mum on her wheelchair. I more than 10 years that I have been to Canada, I have never seen...

If I could give a minus, I would. Bought a box of oysters on Friday. Opened the box on a couple of hours for a party. Half of them were open ( meaning dead), the other half we're smelling so bad when you open them. I could not come back till Monday (was not even sure whether I could be back on Monday). We have no place to store it in hour home. Came Monday and the first thim the manager is not there, then spoke to her on the phone. She asked me for a receipt, I said yes, I have it. She asked to come. When I came, she's not there again and they are waiting for oysters... I'm speechless... I had to drive there twice, and it's far. And now they need those oyseters to give me a refund. The lady, Franca, who is a manager/owner was really adamant that I need to bring those oyseters that are 3 days "fresh" and which I don't have as I told above BECAUSE THEY need to send it back to the manufacturer. That is not my problem. I came here to buy them, you spoiled the party as you are not checking what you are selling. I came here 2 times in one day and the last thing I want do is to come 3 time. The gas will cost more than them! Just because of $120, you lost a customer who was buying lots of products here. You are not the only one on the market ! My advise, go...
