I always go to this location every single day in the morning because it's really near to my home plus we need coffee beforegoing to work right?. But today, at 5pm I would like to get a big order in the drive thru. I am ordering a drink, and then the one taking the order looks like she is in a rush "okay your total is _. Come at the window," she said. So I respond her, I am not done ordering yet. " Can I still order more?" . She said "oh are you talking to me?". "Then I get mad at her this time. What do you mean? We paid what we owed and asked for ketchup and black pepper packets at the window. Just because we asked for it, she got an attitude and told us we should have asked for it when we placed the order not at the window. She kept on going on and on. Roya needs to realize she is in customer service industry. She doesnāt own the Tim Hortons franchise or company but just an employee.
