am I just rating these guys on physical pain and how close to death I felt? yes. I hated every minute of this ride but I tend to internalise my fear so I just repeatedly mumbled curses to a friend who’s just there having the time of their life 40m up. On the other hand, there’s another girl who was definitely Not Internalising her fear. I think I spent most of the ride wondering if my seat was gonna break midair and I’d plunge to a miserable death. I couldn’t get my plane to turn (not that I wanted to I’m already cold sweating typing this out I hate heights so much why did I do this one) and I was like I’m gonna die and the ground DISAPPEARED beneath my feet and I closed my eyes the whole time I was in Tears ™️ every time I peeked my heart was drilling itself straight out from under and really I’ve never left a ride so lightheaded before. mind you, this is literally just a tall ass high speed Carousell that felt like death. did I mention I have a fear of heights. anyway, I hated it.
