We ordered one (small) dine-in pizza and two drinks with the total of $56. Standing at the line, I was already ticked off seeing the workers in the back prepare the pizza and put toppings with their bare hands. We ended up using two cards including the card that we filled today at wonderland with $50 using the cash to debit transaction service because that wasn’t enough, not only that but the man charging us said that if we have the wonderland season pass which we had a couple of, we would get a discount but after checking the bank balance, we noticed that there was indeed no discount applied. After finishing half of our food we entered the store again to get a refill for one of our cups and immediately got greeted with a worker telling us that there were no refills allowed, at this point I was starting to get annoyed but didn’t bother to complain because what can I do with their policy? Then we asked another worker for a couple of plates (four, two to cover each slices) to pack our remaining pizza slices which they had stacks of and they shut us down saying “they don’t give out plates”. I get that we ordered dine-in, but plates are used for dine-in and the box that they gave us for our pizza was an opened pizza box. We then gave up and asked the cashier for a refill, but got ignored three times when we were right there. The man said “next please” to the people behind us, until he finally answered when we asked for the fourth time. We ended up paying 6 more dollars for one refill. Over all this was a very unpleasant experience for my family and I. Never walking...
Read moreI have been here a couple of times and their pizza is ok. There is usually a line and wait time could be around 10-20 mintues average.
The store itself is only for take outs and they have seats outside next to the fall, pretty nice.
The location is pretty convenient as its next to the fall in the middle of the park.
We have the food pass, so the food is ok for what you have paid however, it could be better. The crust is pretty thick to make you full and the toppings are ok.
They give you a large slice and two bread sticks for what you get as one portion which is reasonable for the food pass.
The staff is usually nice and friendly here, although it gets pretty busy during the day.
The seats are located outside with a nice view of the fall. There are plenty of seats so you...
Read moreNot sure where to begin. Firstly the quality of the pizza is pretty low. By the time I'd ordered my overpriced pizza and got to pay the pizza was getting cold which obviously made it even worse. Overall 25 bucks for a slice with 2 bits of toast and a coke. Couldnt offer us straws or a lid with the drink and it was pretty flat also. Customer service was pretty dire.
Tip* head to tim hortens if you need a straw.
I don't usually frequent these types of pizza places, I usually go for food quality Italian or artisan style so this fell far below my expectations.
It's a shame these isn't much decent choice for food in the place. So sadly we are forced to pay high prices for...
