Beautiful trail, not too hard, suited for families with kids. We took the riverside trail until MacLaurin's Crossing, where we crossed the wonderful hanging bridge and returned with the Farside trail on the other side of the river. That makes for an ideal loop that takes you right back to the starting point. It took us a bit over an hour for the full hike going relatively slowly. Great Riverview on both sides and beautiful forest all along the walk. One consideration can be the ice on the trail on the riverside trail if you go there in early spring so make sure to wear proper contra grip waterproof trekking shoes.
