Great coffee. They sell a bunch of overpriced stuff for tourists as well that I would never look at. But I'll probably never go back. Despite being on the outskirts of town, I do make the trek out to enjoy their great coffee. Not theirs mind you - 49th Parallel's. Until today while I stood in line behind one lady who looked annoyed enough to have been there for a while, as tweedle dee and tweedle dumb stood behind the counter both hunched over the POS iPad trying to figure something out. As the line grew over the ten minutes I waited before leaving it became clear that whatever the issue was, the sum total of a brain cell between the two of them wasn't going to solve it. I guess that's the result of places being unable to find good staff in this town. A shame for this place as even their great coffee won't...
Read moreStopped in on the way to Squamish for a coffee. Americano/Espresso's are great. Definitely has a upbeat and vibrant atmosphere with a cozy seating area out front and back. They have some cool merch, which I was definitely interested in, but it was way over-priced . This place could increase their appeal if they offered some lunch-menu items. I think they are under-doing what they could given the seating and hang-out vibe they have. If they had these options & lowered prices of merch a bit, they could have patrons hang out a bit longer and maybe be more swayed to purchase items. Cool...

The wool is thick and positively organic, as are the books, most written about pre-tech-era life skills. Poetically ironic, as the items in the store appear to be designed specifically as subjects for social media attention crowdsourcing. Ceramic camping mugs weighing in at a kilo each, retro-inspired camp lanterns that run on 120V, and plush couch pillows with camping graphics... what backcountry adventure would be...
